1. Object of the rental

This rental agreement regulates the temporary use of padel sports equipment provided by ProjectXpadel , hereinafter referred to as the "Renter", to its customers, hereinafter referred to as the "Renters". The rental service is available exclusively online through the website www .projectxpadel .com .

2. Rental duration

The rental has a minimum and maximum duration that is specified at the time of ordering. The rental period starts from the date of delivery of the material to the Renter and ends on the agreed collection date. Any extensions must be agreed in advance with the Renter.

3. Delivery and return

3.1 Delivery

• The rental equipment will be delivered to the address provided by the Rental Company during the order phase.
• The Renter undertakes to ship the equipment within the timeframes indicated on the site at the time of ordering. However, it will not be responsible for any delays caused by external circumstances, such as strikes, natural disasters or other causes of force majeure.
• The Renter is required to check the condition of the equipment upon delivery. Any defects or malfunctions must be reported immediately, within 24 hours of receipt.

3.2 Return

• The Renter is responsible for returning the equipment within the rental period.
• The equipment must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered, except for normal deterioration due to intended use.
• The return will be made by courier, with methods specified by the Renter. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the Renter, unless otherwise explicitly indicated.

4. Responsibility and care of equipment

• The Renter is responsible for the integrity of the equipment for the entire duration of the rental.
• Any damage, loss or theft of the equipment during the rental period will be the responsibility of the Renter, who will be required to compensate the Renter for the value of the equipment or the cost of repair.
• It is prohibited to use the equipment in an improper manner or for purposes other than those for which it is intended.

5. Security deposit

• At the time of the first rental, a security deposit of € 200 is required, which will be blocked on the Renter's payment card. This amount will be returned at the end of the rental, provided that the equipment is returned in the conditions described and that there is no damage or loss.
• In case of damage, loss or failure to return the equipment, the Renter has the right to retain part or all of the security deposit to cover the costs of repair or replacement.

6. Required documentation

• When booking the rental, the Renter is required to provide a valid copy of an identity document (identity card or passport). This requirement is mandatory to complete the rental request and guarantee the identity of the Renter.

7. Limited availability

• The rental service is subject to the availability of the equipment, which may be limited due to a maximum number of products available for each type. The Renter cannot guarantee the continuous availability of all products, and reservations will be confirmed based on availability at the time of ordering.
• In case of unavailability of the requested product, the Renter will promptly inform the Renter and propose alternative solutions or a full refund.

8. Prices and payments

• The rental price is the one indicated on the site at the time of ordering. Prices may vary based on the length of the rental and the type of equipment requested.
• Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the payment methods accepted on the site.
• Any additional costs, such as those related to transportation or damage, will be charged to the Renter at the end of the rental period.

9. Right of withdrawal

The Renter has the right to withdraw from the rental contract within 14 days from the order date, unless the rental period has already begun. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Renter must send a written communication to the Renter by email or contact form on the site.

10. Limitation of liability

The Renter is not responsible for any injury or damage to persons or property resulting from the use of the rented equipment. The Renter uses the equipment at his own risk.

11. Changes and updates

The Renter reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the rental service at any time. Such modifications will be published on the website www .projectxpadel .com and will be binding for the Renters from the date of publication.

12. Acceptance of Terms

By making the payment and completing the rental procedure on the site, the Renter declares to have read, understood and fully accepted all the provisions and conditions contained in this document.
